Menu for Sept 20th

Entrée #1: Local Fall Stir Fry: Zucchini and Summer Squash noodles, Sweet peppers, Yellow corn, (non GMO) green beans, white onions, elephant garlic, shiitaki mushrooms tossed in a tamari-ginger sauce.

Entrée #2: BLT Phat wrap: Coconut bacon, heirloom tomato, leafy greens and a spicy veganese aioli in a corn wrap. side of greens and dressing.

Soup: Acorn squash and lentil stew with fresh chives (made with cashew milk)

Salad: Farm Fresh Salad: Baby spinach, red onion, olives, tomato and a black berry balsamic dressing.

Grain: Brown cilantro rice

Menu may change slightly depending on Market availability.
