Entrée #1: Black bean Tamal topped with Salsa Verde, veganese sour cream with Home-cooked black beans and scallions.

Entrée #2: Aztec Stir Fry: julienned summer squash, red and orange sweet peppers, sweet local corn non-GMO and snap peas sautéed with sweet onions and elephant garlic with crushed Heirloom tomatoes and spices. Over Quinoa

Soup: Hearty Lentil soup with broccoli and local rustic potatoes

Salad: Market fresh Salad: Mixed baby greens, grated beets, carrots, and squash, sunflower sprouts and cucumber with a light Herbed Vinnie.

Grain: Asian Forbidden Rice with peas, carrots and fresh ginger root.
