Here is what you'll get in your seasonal delivery :


Entrée #1: Baked polenta wedges topped with a Roma Tomato puttanesca sauce, brazil nut parmasean and fresh garden basil.
Entrée #2:  "The macro Bowl" Braised Garnet yams, adzuki beans, sautéed kale, housemade kim chee, sea palm, black sesame seed gomasio, teriyaki almonds, garlic tahini sauce, choice of local brown rice or quinoa  14
Soup:  Chilled Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho 
Summer Salad: Jicama (no potato salad) cubed jicama, sweet corn, bell pepper, minced celery, fresh dill tossed in a rich cashew-lemon dressing. a refreshing treat!
Grain:   Local bowl: Green beans, sweet peppers, dijon, pepper and olive oil.
